If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase, we offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy. Please carefully review the following guidelines and procedures for returns:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • Jewelry must be in its original, unused condition and must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
    • Custom-made or personalized jewelry items cannot be returned, except in the case of manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.
  2. Initiation of Return:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  3. Packaging and Condition:
    • Jewelry should be returned in its original packaging or a similar secure package to prevent damage during transit.
    • Please ensure that the jewelry is adequately protected and secured to avoid any scratches or breakage.
  4. Restocking Fee:
    • We must charge a restocking fee to cover the cost incurred to accept a return. Each item must be inspected once received back. Further, additional resources and materials are used to restock the item and hence the fee.
    • $0 - $99 - 15% restocking fee is applied per each unit item purchased that is being returned. 
    • $100 and up - 20% restocking fee is applied per unit item purchased that is being returned. 
  5. Return Shipping:
    • Please note return shipping charges are not covered. It is the liability of the customer when returning the item.
    • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
  6. Inspection and Processing:
    • Once we receive the returned jewelry, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return policy criteria.
    • If the jewelry passes the inspection, we will process the refund or exchange within 5 business days.
  7. Refunds and Exchanges:
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
    • Exchanges for a different item or size are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued.
    • If there is a price difference between the returned item and the exchange item, the customer will be charged or refunded accordingly.
  8. Non-Returnable Items:
    • For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned.
  9. Damage during Shipping:
    • In the unfortunate event that your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
